BASIC PET TRAINING

WDTC is offering Basic Pet Training Class on Wednesday evenings begining May 19, 2010 at 6pm at out Rt 973 training field
(Between Warrensville and Cogan Station)

Classes are generally 60 to 90 minutes long.
Cost of the 6 week course is $95.

AGILITY


Agility class is for the beginning / intermediate training for
you and you dog. Instruction on the rules, safety and proper use of AKC regulated agility equipment will help build confidence and training to prepare you as a team to enjoy the fun & rewarding sport of agility trials. Our instructors have all been competing in AKC Agility trials for many years and will work with you to develop and sharpen your team skills. Dogs that are enrolled in this class must have basic obedience understanding.

 

OBEDIENCE

Our Obedience classes are done with Positive Reinforcement, "clicker training". Dogs from all age groups are welcome in this class. The 8 week course will show you how to help your dog become a "good citizen" by learning the basic skills needed to be a welcome member in the home.

 

RALLY

Rally is a good sport if you are interested in getting more involved in activities with your dog. Basic obedience is needed for this class. People & dogs of all ages are able to work in the Rally ring. This is a super fun way to interact with your dog.

 

All classes are held at our WDTC practice field on RT 973. Classes are all 8 weeks long. Dogs attending WDTC classes must be current on all rabies & vaccinations. No dog / people aggressive dogs are allowed to attend our public classes. If your dog has an aggression issue we will be glad to recommend a private instructor that may be able to help correct the problem.
